Our internet ordering center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shop is open, for walk in and phone orders Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The shop is closed every Sunday except for Mother's day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day,Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A service charge of $9.95 will be added to all orders. All timed, rush or Sunday deliveries must be arranged by phone.

For International Orders and Timed or Rush Orders There May Be Additional Fees. Please contact Customer Service for these variable fees.

All U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders after 2:00 p.m. should be placed directly with our customer service department at (800)771-MUMS to check for later delivery possibilities for that day in that area. Late deliveries are often accepted.

We can accept orders to or from 185 countries around the world. Due to variable fees and cut-off times for placing orders these orders must be placed by calling customer service at (800) 771-MUMS.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
